It may help the scenario at the start of play if the Roman garrison are already aware of the situation and reinforcements are on the way.<br /><br />I sometimes wonder about the Testudo Forman in HC, I always thought it was a formation for approaching defences rather than being a tactical shield wall type formation, are there any Roman experts out there who could enlighten me one way or the other?<br /><br />I look forward to seeing how this plays a second time with your modifications.
