More Russian Jaegers

During the last month, I've been concentrating on expanding my russian infantry, and here is the first unit of the recent batch, another battalion of russian jaegers.

  3. hi my friend i paint a lot of 1\72 napoleonics how do you prime your figures to stop the paint flaking off ive had some trouble with paint loss lately im currently priming with gesso which fingers crossed is good kind regards jay

    1. Hi. If you have the patience, you can give them a coat of diluted acrylic glue before priming. It helps a lot. I myself only do that on more fragile and exposed bits, such as swords, lances and flag poles.

      Additionally, what really helps preserve you painting is not handling the miniatures directly. Once they're done and glued to the base, always handle them by the base, avoiding touching the miniatures proper.
