These are the Austrian Landwehr. Fun models to paint, as there are several different paint schemes for these guys (each province in the Empire would dress their militia with their own regional colors).
There were enough models on the box to do a large unit (6 bases) and some spare to come up with some skirmishers, as well.
As you can see below, each of the bases for this unit is painted differently, each representing a battalion of a specific province of the Austrian Empire.
