Here is the other unit of models from Franznap miniatures that I've recently painted, the Marins de La Garde. These gentlemen enjoyed an excellent reputation with the Empereur, and it's my hope that their performance on my battlefields shall present the same high standards!

These are superb! I have longed to see some painted in 1/72 scale, I didn't know anyone made them to be honest though I only paint plastic figures myself. Wow, oh wow...really stunning. Of all the infantry units I think their uniform is far and away the most aesthetic.
